Group Meditation in Cleveland

Create a vibration of inner peace to start and carry you through each week. Join us each Sunday morning for in-person group meditation at The Conway Gathering Space inside Urban Community School in Cleveland.

• Time: 9 am (ET), prompt start
• Agenda: 9 to 9:45 am (short guided relaxation followed by meditation); 9:45 to 10a (short reading or video); 10 to 10:30 am (group discussion).
• Cost: Free

If you are unable to be with us in-person, we invite you to meditate on your own or with friends and make the intention that you are joining the group. Tune-in at 9 am (ET) each Sunday wherever you happen to be.
